Each year the Exchange Club Family Skills Center in Bham, Al hosts a Blue Ribbon Bash Luncheon to honor the innocent victims of child abuse and neglect, and recognized our community partners that assist in our battle to prevent child abuse. This years speaker was Mr. Cedric Sparks with the Mayor's Office Department of Youth Services. Please watch i'm sure you will be enlightended, inspired, and moved to do your part.

To act as the principal child Abuse and neglect prevention Agency, providing parent education And support to Both parents and children In the Greater Birmingham Area.
